Lote 7 (2014) by Proesur located in Merida, Mexico | The Hardt
Lote 7 (2014) by Proesur located in Merida, Mexico. The project is located in the north of the city of Merida, in the Yucatan peninsula, MX; within one of the major high-growth urban areas. The project is implanted on a terrain with irregular shape, conceived as an urban oasis, a space of pause and integration with nature. The architectural program is developed in three volumes in two levels with a central patio that articulates and integrates both with the exterior by means of large spans, privileging the entrance of light and natural ventilation to the public and private areas of the project. The central patio is converted into the HARDT of the composition and puts the user in direct contact with the exterior.
